The 2008 ACM South America Programming Contest

This year, the Regional Programming Contest will be held on Saturday November 15th, 2008, in several cities in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Perú and Venezuela. Winners selected from the South America Programming Contest will advance to the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM ICPC) World Finals, that will take place on 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden.
In Chile, the contest will be held in Punta Arenas, co-organized by the Chilean Computer Science Society (SCCC) and the Universidad de Magallanes. The contest itself is scheduled for the afternoon of Saturday November 15th, with all the preparations on the 14th afternoon
